Important: Afrocart acts as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to the actual transactions between buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for their products, and buyers are responsible for their purchases.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided by individual sellers. While we encourage accurate listings, Afrocart does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of product information.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Afrocart does not store your full payment card details.
Sellers have 3 working days to accept your order. If a seller does not accept your order within 5 working days, your payment will be automatically refunded.
Return policies are set by individual sellers (typically 30 days). To request a return or refund, contact the seller directly. Disputes should be resolved between buyers and sellers. Afrocart may assist in resolving disputes but is not obligated to do so.

Buyers may leave reviews and ratings for your products and service. These reviews are public and help build trust in the marketplace. You may not manipulate reviews or ratings.
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Afrocart or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By uploading content (product listings, reviews, images), you grant Afrocart a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AFROCART IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR £100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved directly. Afrocart may provide tools to assist but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
